Why choose The Face Clinic Edinburgh?
The Face Clinic is a fully doctor-led aesthetic medical and skin clinic. Because you will always be in the hands of experienced doctors you can be assured your safety as a patient will be our top priority and we will only ever recommend treatments we believe are appropriate for you as an individual. From your pre-care to your access to a 24-hour emergency advice line, your safe care and positive experience is at the heart of everything we do. All doctors are fully insured and are regulated by the General Medical Council. The clinic space is regulated and approved by Health Improvement Scotland, ensuring your safety at every step of your patient journey.

I’m not sure if I’m the right person for aesthetic treatments?
Medical aesthetic treatments are suitable for everybody, no matter your age, ethnicity, gender identity or even budget! Our doctors will only recommend treatments that are medically safe and effective for you and your individual concerns. Your desired outcome and general health and wellbeing are always discussed prior to any treatment.

How can I keep in touch with my doctor after my appointment?
All patients of The Face Clinic receive comprehensive pre and post-treatment care instructions. You will also receive an emergency contact number (+447399321188) that will put you directly in touch with one of our clinicians should you have any unanticipated concerns or issues post-treatment.

What will my consultation involve?
A consultation will cover comprehensive discussion around your skin or aesthetic concerns and your desired treatment goals, as well as a comprehensive general medical history. Medically appropriate and evidenced-based treatments will then be recommended and there is never any obligation to go ahead with any treatment on the day. In many cases, treatment on the day may be possible.

What if I can no longer make my booked appointment?
We understand life sometimes gets in the way! Should you be unable to attend a booked appointment due to an emergency, illness or if you are running late please let us know as soon as possible by email on hello@faceclinicedinburgh.com or WhatsApp on +447399321188. Where possible we will always accommodate seeing you.

What if I’m not happy with my treatment?
We will always discuss treatment goals and potential outcomes prior to undertaking any treatment in clinic. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the outcome of any treatment or service provided please get in touch with us on hello@faceclinicedinburgh.com and we will arrange a review appointment. If you are worried about any potential post-procedure complications or unexpected side-effects please contact us on the emergency contact number provided at your appointment.

Booking deposits
You will be asked to pay a desposit to secure your booking - this is £50 for injectable / medical consultations and £20 for skin treatments. This is deductible against any treatment cost within 4 weeks of your original booking. This is refundable for any cancellation made more than 48 hours before your appointment. Refund policy
We do not offer refunds on courses of treatment once these have been booked / paid for. Where possible we will always exchange the value of a treatment for a voucher or a treatment of a similar value. In the case of any changes to medical history which may prohibit a treatment course from being continued we will either pause the treatment course or exchange the remaining treatment value for another treatment or a voucher.
